Play “Bifem” by Russia’s most prominent contemporary writers Lyudmila Petrushevskaya was awarded the Grand Prix at the festival “New Drama 2003”. “Bifem” is an absurd story of a female monster with two heads, mother’s and daughter’s, tragically divided and incompatible. These two female creatures and a whole can not be and live without each other.
